Who can use the platform誰可以使用本平台

Accounts are issued through participating schools for use on this programme. Your school decides who gets an account and can ask us to close one.

Your account is yours alone. Keep your password to yourself, do not sign in as anyone else, and do not let anyone else use your account. If you think someone has your password, change it and tell your teacher.

Anything done through your account is treated as done by you, so this matters.

帳戶經參與學校發出，供本計劃使用。學校決定誰可獲發帳戶，亦可要求我們停用帳戶。

帳戶只屬於你本人。請自行保管密碼，不要以他人身分登入，也不要讓其他人使用你的帳戶。如你懷疑有人取得你的密碼，請立即更改並通知老師。

凡經你的帳戶所作的一切，均視為由你本人所作，故此事關重要。

What the platform is for本平台的用途

Schoolwork on this programme. It is not a general-purpose chatbot, a social network, or a place to store things unrelated to your lessons.

You may use the material here for your own study. You may not copy the lesson decks, worksheets, question banks or other teaching materials out of the platform and republish or distribute them. Those materials belong to the University and its partners.

本平台只供本計劃的課業使用，並非通用聊天機械人、社交網絡，亦不是存放與課堂無關事物的地方。

你可以把平台上的材料用於自己的學習，但不得把課堂簡報、工作紙、題庫或其他教材複製出平台，再行轉載或分發。這些材料的版權屬於大學及其合作夥伴。

Rules you have to follow你必須遵守的規則

Do not use the platform to bully, harass, threaten or insult anyone. Comments you leave on other students' work are visible to teachers.

Do not type anyone's personal details into the platform, including your own. That means no ID card numbers, phone numbers, home addresses, or photographs of people who have not agreed to it.

Do not ask the AI for sexual, violent, hateful or illegal content, and do not try to talk it around the safety limits. Attempts are logged.

Do not generate images of real people, including classmates and teachers.

Do not try to break into the platform, get at other people's accounts or data, disable safe mode, run automated tools against the site, or interfere with how it works for other people.

Do not upload anything unlawful, or anything you do not have the right to upload.

Do not use the platform to break your school's own rules.

不得利用本平台欺凌、騷擾、恐嚇或侮辱任何人。你為其他同學作品所留的評語，老師均可看見。

不得在平台輸入任何人的個人資料，包括你自己的，例如身分證號碼、電話號碼、住址，或未經他人同意的相片。

不得要求人工智能生成色情、暴力、仇恨或違法內容，亦不得試圖繞過其安全限制。所有嘗試均會被記錄。

不得生成真實人物的圖像，包括同學和老師。

不得試圖入侵本平台、取用他人的帳戶或資料、關閉安全模式、以自動化工具攻擊網站，或干擾其他人的正常使用。

不得上載違法內容，或你無權上載的內容。

不得利用本平台違反學校本身的校規。

The AI can be wrong人工智能會出錯

Every AI feature here produces text, marks, images or speech by prediction. It can be confidently wrong. It can invent a fact, misread your Chinese, mishear your English, or give you a band that a human marker would not give.

Treat what it says as a first opinion, not an answer. Check anything that matters with your teacher. Do not rely on it for medical, legal, financial, or safety information, and do not treat AI feedback as your final grade. Your teacher marks your work.

Pronunciation and speaking scores are indicative. When acoustic scoring is not switched on for your school, a pronunciation band is the model's impression of your speech and not a measurement of it, and the platform says so on screen when that is the case.

本平台每項人工智能功能，都是以預測方式產生文字、分數、圖像或語音。它可能錯得非常肯定，可能捏造事實、誤讀你的中文、聽錯你的英文，或給出人類評卷員不會給的等級。

請把它的回應視為初步意見，而非答案。凡屬重要的內容，都應向老師求證。切勿倚賴它提供醫療、法律、財務或安全方面的資訊，亦不要把人工智能的回饋當作最終成績。你的課業由老師評分。

發音及口語分數僅供參考。若你的學校未啟用聲學評分，發音等級只是模型對你說話的印象，而非實際量度結果；出現此情況時，平台會在畫面上說明。

Academic honesty學術誠信

The point of this programme is to learn to work with AI, not to have AI do the work. Use it the way your teacher tells you to use it for each task.

Handing in AI-written work as your own, where your teacher has not allowed it, is dishonest and is dealt with under your school's rules, not ours.

The platform keeps an AI Logbook of the prompts you write and the features you use, and your teacher can read it. This is not a trap. It is there so your teacher can see how you worked, which is part of what is being taught and assessed.

本計劃的目的，是學習與人工智能協作，而不是讓人工智能代你完成功課。每項任務都應按老師的指示使用。

在老師未允許的情況下，把人工智能撰寫的內容當作自己的作品交出，屬不誠實行為，並會按學校的規則處理，而非由本平台處理。

本平台會保存「AI 紀錄簿」，記錄你撰寫的提示語及使用過的功能，老師可以查閱。這並非陷阱：設立紀錄簿是為了讓老師看到你的思考過程，而這正是本計劃教授和評核的一部分。

Your work, and what we may do with it你的作品及我們可作的用途

Your work stays yours. Nothing here transfers ownership of what you write or make.

By handing work in, you give the University permission to store it, show it to your teacher and school, and use it to run the programme. You also give permission to use it, with your identity removed, to evaluate the programme and to report on it, including to the funder. The privacy notice explains how identities are removed.

If you put something in a class gallery or a shared activity, your classmates in that class can see it. Do not share anything there you would not want them to read.

Work generated with AI image tools may need your teacher's approval before it counts as submitted. Where a limit on the number of generations applies, it is shown on screen.

你的作品仍屬於你。本條款不會轉移你所撰寫或創作內容的擁有權。

提交課業即表示你允許大學儲存該內容、向你的老師及學校展示，並用以推行本計劃；同時允許在移除你的身分識別資料後，用於評估本計劃及作出匯報，包括向資助方匯報。私隱聲明說明身分識別資料如何移除。

若你把作品放到班級作品展廊或共享活動中，同班同學便可看見。凡是你不希望他們看到的內容，請勿放在該處。

以人工智能圖像工具生成的作品，可能須經老師批核方視為已提交。如設有生成次數上限，畫面上會顯示。

Recording your voice語音錄音

Speaking and recitation activities record your voice and convert it to text. Recordings and transcripts are used to give you feedback, to let your teacher mark the work, and for the programme evaluation described in the privacy notice.

Record only yourself. Do not record classmates, teachers, or anyone else without their agreement.

口語及朗誦練習會錄下你的聲音並轉換成文字。錄音及文字紀錄用於向你提供回饋、供老師批改，以及用於私隱聲明所述的計劃評估。

請只錄自己的聲音。未經同意，不得錄下同學、老師或其他人。

Availability服務提供

This is a pilot platform under active development. Features change, and parts of it may be unavailable while we fix or improve them.

We do not promise the platform will always be available or free of faults. Keep a copy of anything you cannot afford to lose, and do not leave work until the last minute on the assumption the site will be up.

The AI features depend on outside services. If one of those is down or refuses a request, that feature will not work until it recovers.

本平台屬試行版本，仍在持續開發中。功能會有所調整，部分功能在修正或改良期間可能暫停使用。

我們不保證本平台永遠可供使用或完全沒有故障。凡是不能遺失的內容，請自行備份；亦不要假設網站必定可用而把課業拖到最後一刻。

人工智能功能依賴外部服務。若相關服務中斷或拒絕請求，該功能在恢復前將無法使用。

Suspending or closing an account暫停或關閉帳戶

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these rules, that puts other users at risk, or that threatens the security of the platform. Where it is sensible to do so, we tell the school first.

Your school can also ask us to close your account, for example when you leave the school or the programme ends.

Serious misuse is reported to your school and handled under its own discipline rules.

如帳戶違反本規則、令其他使用者陷於風險，或危害平台保安，我們可暫停或關閉該帳戶。在情況合適時，我們會先通知學校。

學校亦可要求我們關閉你的帳戶，例如你離校或計劃結束時。

嚴重的濫用行為會通報學校，並按學校本身的紀律規則處理。

No warranty, and limits on responsibility不作保證及責任限制

The platform is provided as it is, for education, without any warranty. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error free, or fit for any particular purpose, and we do not warrant that anything the AI produces is accurate, complete or suitable for what you want to use it for.

To the extent the law allows, the University, the CLAP-TECH Centre, and their staff and partners are not liable for loss of data, loss of work, marks awarded or not awarded, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the platform or from anything an AI feature produced.

Nothing here limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.

本平台按其現狀提供，僅供教育用途，不附帶任何保證。我們不保證平台不會中斷、沒有錯誤或適合任何特定用途，亦不保證人工智能所產生的內容準確、完整或適合你的用途。

在法律容許的範圍內，大學、CLAP-TECH Centre 及其職員與合作夥伴，就你使用本平台或人工智能功能所產生的內容而引致的資料遺失、課業遺失、成績得失，或任何間接或衍生損失，概不承擔責任。

本條款不會限制任何依法不可限制的責任。

Changes, law, and language條款修訂、適用法律及語言

These terms may be updated. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and continuing to use the platform after a change means you accept the updated version.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, and the courts of Hong Kong have jurisdiction.

If there is any difference between the English and Chinese versions, the English version applies.

Questions about these terms go to your teacher, or to the CLAP-TECH Centre at Hong Kong Baptist University through your school. Questions about your personal data are covered in the privacy notice.

本條款或會更新。頁首日期顯示最近一次修訂的時間；修訂後繼續使用本平台，即表示你接受更新後的版本。

本條款受香港特別行政區法律管轄，並以香港法院為司法管轄法院。
